I’m a regular contributor to The Wire magazine and The Los Angeles Review of Books. I also write or have written for many other publications, including Slate, The Comics Journal, The Believer, The Rumpus, and The Village Voice. I was music editor at The Brooklyn Rail for more than a decade. I was a longtime editor-at-large at Semiotext(e)/Autonomedia, where among other things I co-edited the “Radiotext(e)” issue of Semiotext(e) (a book) with Neil Strauss.
